These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. Read them carefully. The Terms of Use may change periodically. Each time you use this website, you agree to comply by each of the terms, as amended. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, do not access or otherwise use this website or any information or materials contained on the website. Your violation of any of the Terms of Use may result in, among other things, the suspension, termination, or deactivation of account.

WEBSITE ACCESS
You must be a resident of Avalon (or other person affiliated with the Association) and you must be registered to use this website.  To register you must: (a) provide complete, true and current information about yourself and co-owner or co-renter, and (b) promptly update that information. Access may be suspended or terminated if there is any reason to believe that you have provided information that is incomplete, untrue, or out of date. Your website account and all of your personal information is deleted when you are no longer a resident of Avalon.

You must register using a personal email address. A userid and password will be emailed to you after registration. You agree not to permit others (even those in your family) to access your account or use your password. You are responsible for changing your initial password promptly, and for keeping your password and registration information private and confidential. You may not use the password of another user. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your password. You agree to promptly change your password if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or is otherwise compromised.

Use of all web pages within this website is restricted to users 18 years of age or order. By using this website and any of its affiliated services, you represent and verify that you are at least 18 years of age.

CONSEQUENCES OF UNAUTHORIZED OR IMPROPER USE

5. Other Activities. Users shall not engage in any other activity that we determine in our sole discretion may be harmful to other users or this website.

The Association shall have the right to monitor the website electronically from time to time and to disclose any information, including your personal information, as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, or to protect itself or users. The Association has the right to report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be considered illegal, as well as any reports it receives of such conduct and to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association or any persons affiliated with the Association from any and all claims, liability and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of this website, your breach of any provision of these Terms of Use, or any content posted or transmitted by you through the use of this website. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

We may send notices by electronic mail, regular mail, courier or overnight delivery to the electronic mail address, mailing address or delivery address most recently provided. Notices will be effective upon transmission or delivery. We may provide changes to the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy by posting such changes on this website.
