New Resident Registration

This form is to be filled out by homeowners and renters in Avalon at Seven Meadows. The information you provide in this form is used to:

1.

Gain access to the private and secure information on this website;

2.

Obtain physical access to the Avalon subdivision via EZ-tags, pedestrian access cards and the monthly gate code;

 

 

3.

Electronic communications from your Avalon Board.

For Avalon Board Communication usage:

This form is to be filled out by homeowners and renters in Avalon at Seven Meadows. The information you provide in this form is used to:

1.

Each residence is allowed two contact names and phone numbers. The only exception is for rental properties, which are allowed two contracts for the owners and two for the renters.

2.

If you want the monthly emails from the Avalon Board to be sent to more than the two names of the residents in the house, please enter their email addresses. Homeowners and renters are responsible for communicating with any third parties including sharing the monthly newsletters with them.

Your information is NOT shared with anyone; it is used for official Avalon business only

4.

You must attach proof of ownership or rental (your purchase agreement or your rental agreement).

For Gate Directories

Each household may have up to two names on the directory for your residence. While you will be asked for the phone numbers, the numbers will NOT be published on the directory. The number you provide is the number that will be called when a guest selects your name. You do not have to have your name in the directory. You may also choose to have your name hidden in the gate directory. If your name is hidden you or your visitors will need the three-digit directory code to call the number associated with your name at the gate.
