In order to make it convenient for Avalon homeowners, Brandy will be at Seven Meadows Clubhouse from 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM on Thursdays. Avalon of Seven Meadows is part of the the Seven Meadows. as such each resident of Avalon of Seven Meadows is part of 2 HOAs:
– Avalon of Seven Meadows HOA – Approximately $2400 yearly in HOA fees 

– Seven Meadows HOA  – Approximately $1400 yearly in HOA fees

Background: The developer who made the community established the Avalon of Seven Meadows community in this way and  there is no easy way to change it.
